Reducing Agent

Asahi Thiogen
Sodium sulfide is conventionally used but it is troublesome in safety because of generation of hazardous gas or difficulty in waste water treatment. Thiogen is recommendable as clean reducing agent to replace sodium sulfide.

Retergen is economical type to be improved in its odor having the same component to Thiogen.

Asahi Sulfurgen
Sulfurgen has more stronger reducing power and it is recommendable for more severe dyeing conditions such as deep black dyeing or dyeing by circular.

Oxy 50 is Iodine type of oxidizing agent suitable for oxidation of Sulphur dyes or Vat dyes. Short time treatment is possible due to its higher oxidation rate.

Asahi Thioset ACN200
Thioset ACN200 is a compulsive developer for Sulphur dyes. It is totally different from conventional oxidation agents, as it will make chemical bonding not only with Sulpur dyes but with Cellulose. It is effective in case of higher fiber density or closed such as cheese dyeing, and it improves deterioration of dyed materials in deep shades.
